Hi, I’m Chris. I’m 57 years old, and I’ve been with my partner, Greg, for 24 wonderful years. Together, we share our lives with Gwen, our playful and adorable 3½-year-old French Bulldog.
At the age of 51, I was diagnosed with High-Functioning Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression. Looking back, I now understand why I’ve faced challenges navigating everyday life. One of my greatest passions is travel, but over the years, I’ve encountered countless hurdles—choosing destinations, finding suitable accommodations, and figuring out the best times to travel. These challenges have often kept me from exploring as much as I’d like.
This blog is my way of sharing my experiences with others who might identify with similar conditions. Through it, I hope to offer a glimpse into my beautifully chaotic life and share how I approach the complexities of planning trips, whether for a quick two-night getaway or a month-long adventure.
I’ll be posting about the places we stay, the destinations we visit, and how I navigate these experiences as a gay, neurodivergent traveler. My goal is to inspire and inform while also creating a space where others feel seen and understood.
